If at any time you are having problems with your item please contact us by Email. We are happy to give tech support far beyond the 60 day warrantee. State the problem or question as clearly as you can. We are eager to help you with your issue or request.

We guarantee our parts and service for each unit we sell for 30 days. If we fully built a product in our lab, such as with the Paracorder line, our Warrantee extends to 60 days and 1 year of full service, free.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs. There will be no refunds beyond 30 days.

*** If you are sending anything back, please use some sort of tracking. We are not responsible for lost packages.

We prefer Email so that we all can have a record of the fix as well as a paper trail.

THE PRODUCT DOESN'T SUIT YOUR NEEDS? NO PROBLEM.

No problem, we have a money back guarantee. You have up to 15 days from the time the package was sent by us to return the product in its original state where it can be resold by us. If the box or any of the peripherals or contents are missing, broken or scratched, we will not be able to give you a full refund for the product. We will assess the damage and give you a partial refund. We feel we are being very fair extending this guarantee to you, we ask that you please be equally fair to us.

If the product was sent to you with free shipping, we will deduct the initial shipping cost, it's just fair.  Please read all information on any product prior to purchase.

The customer will be responsible for shipping costs back to us.

DIDN'T GET THE PACKAGE? DON'T WORRY, WE CAN HELP.

Contact us immediately after a package was expected based on the tracking number. We will then open a case with the carrier. The carrier will investigate and after a week, if your package is deemed lost, we send you another package or refund 100% of your money!

DOES YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS GET SOLD OR SHARED? NO.

Your email address is never sold, shared or given to anyone. Our network system is consistently updated with the latest Internet security measures. Occasionally we will send an update as to one of our new product creations but each email is sent separately and not in a group so as to give others your email address. We value your privacy.
